Tachyon Solutions History

Founded in 1991 by Jeanette Thomas and Marion Lewis, Tachyon Solutions has grown from a regional marketing communications firm to become a national provider of successful custom online initiatives.  In 1996, when introduced to the ‘new’ World Wide Web, Jeanette and Marion were convinced of the medium’s potential and made the strategic decision to redirect the firm to be an early adopter and leader of this exciting and innovative frontier. By 1997, Tachyon had repositioned itself as one of the first interactive firms in the country. Since that time, Tachyon Solutions has developed relationships with other industry leaders and worked with many of the country’s largest corporations, including Merck, Intuit, Staples, Sally Beauty, Tractor Supply and others.  Whether building and designing a dynamic website, providing revenue enhancing e-commerce capabilities, developing portal or search applications, or designing a viral online marketing campaign, Tachyon works from clients' existing business processes, draws from its experience and partnerships, and puts out a lot of hard work.  The result? Technically sound, creatively charged solutions that mesh seamlessly with client’s existing operations, provide measurable results, and drive revenues and competitive position.
